Back To School Prep

Middle and High School Fall Sports Registrations have started, and CareFull MD can provide your child’s routine physical exam that is required by the schools. Primary Care is not necessary in this case. We serve all districts, so bring your child to our walk-in clinic to get this task off your list, and ensure all is well. You will leave our office with documentation you need to submit to your school nurse.
